Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- reliable and prompt attendance
- ability to climb ladders
- physical capability to scan, handle, and move merchandise up to 44 pounds without assistance
- ability to remain mobile for the duration of scheduled shifts
- ability to work in varying temperatures and humidity
- ability to accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- willingness to comply with safety policies and report hazards
- basic proficiency with technology devices
- positive attitude toward guests and team members
Job Qualifications
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members
- ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment as directed

Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks
- engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs
- thank guests and let them know we’re happy they chose to shop at Target
- execute daily tasks assigned by your leader including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for general merchandise areas
- operate power equipment if certified to move merchandise or store fixtures
- execute processes including changing prices to products, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed by your leader
- support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes including picking and packing orders or delivering pickup orders
- work in a safe manner at all times and comply with all safety policies, best practices, and training
- demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- perform all other duties based on business needs
