Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to handle cash register operations accurately
- ability to climb ladders safely
- capability to scan, handle, and move merchandise up to 44 pounds

Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks
- engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs
- thank guests and express appreciation for choosing Target
- execute daily tasks assigned by leaders including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs
- operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures if certified
- execute processes including changing prices, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy
- support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes including picking and packing orders or delivering pickup orders
- ensure compliance with safety policies and conduct
- perform all other duties based on business needs
