Job Requirements
- Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- climb up and down ladders
- scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds without additional assistance
- flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- reliable and prompt attendance necessary
- capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements
- ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift

Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks
- engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs
- thank guests and let them know we are happy they chose to shop at Target
- execute daily tasks assigned to you by your leader including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs
- operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures if certified
- execute processes including changing prices, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy
- support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes
- work in a safe manner at all times, comply with all safety policies, best practices, and training
- demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- all other duties based on business needs
