Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to interact and help guests and team members effectively
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and physically demanding role
- Flexibility to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to operate power equipment if certified
- Comfortable with technology use such as handheld scanners
- Must be able to climb ladders and lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and maintain mobility throughout the shift

- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment
- Work both independently and with a team
- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and follow a multi-step process
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
- Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks
- Engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs
- Thank guests and let them know we’re happy they chose to shop at Target
- Execute daily tasks assigned by your leader including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs
- Operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures if certified
- Execute processes including changing prices, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy
- Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes including picking and packing orders
- Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance
- Work in a safe manner at all times complying with all safety policies
- All other duties based on business needs
