Job Requirements
- Minimum age requirement to work at Target
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times
- Physical ability to climb ladders and move merchandise safely
- Must be able to operate handheld scanners and communication devices
- Ability to perform all assigned duties including cash register operations as needed

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail experience beneficial but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Comfortable using handheld scanners and multi-frequency communication devices
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Strong attention to detail with capacity to follow multi-step operational processes
- Ability to remain composed and focused in a fast-paced environment
- Capability to lift and move merchandise frequently up to 44 pounds
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks
- Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs
- Thank guests and let them know we appreciate their business
- Execute daily tasks including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs
- Operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures if certified
- Execute processes such as price changes, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy
- Support guest services including backup cashier and digital fulfillment processes such as picking and packing orders
- Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance
- Work safely at all times and report or correct hazards
- Perform all other duties as required based on business needs
