Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks
- engage with guests in a helpful manner to solve their specific needs
- thank guests and express appreciation for shopping at Target
- execute daily tasks assigned by leadership including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for general merchandise areas
- operate power equipment safely if certified
- execute processes such as changing prices, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed
- support guest services including back-up cashier, digital fulfillment processes like picking and packing orders, and maintain compliance with regulations
- demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance at all times
