Job Requirements

- ability to lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds
- ability to climb ladders
- flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- reliable and punctual attendance
- ability to work in varied temperatures and environmental conditions
- capability to remain mobile throughout the shift
- basic cash register operation skills
- compliance with safety policies and willingness to report hazards
- ability to work in a fast-moving, highly active retail environment
- willingness to undergo training and follow operational procedures
- legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks
- engage with guests to help solve their specific needs
- thank guests and express appreciation for shopping at Target
- execute daily tasks including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs
- operate power equipment if certified to move merchandise or store fixtures
- perform processes including pricing changes, merchandise set-up, maintenance, and inventory accuracy
- learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability
- be knowledgeable about resources, products, and services to solve guest issues and improve experience
- demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- work safely at all times, comply with safety policies and training, report hazards
- support guest services such as backup cashier and digital fulfillment including picking, packing, and delivering orders
- perform additional duties based on business needs
