Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No previous retail experience required but preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physically capable of lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions and remain mobile throughout shifts
- Basic cash handling skills

- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and technology equipment

Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks
- Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs
- Thank guests and express appreciation for choosing Target
- Execute daily tasks including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing backroom, arranging merchandise, and posting promotional signs
- Operate power equipment if certified to move merchandise or store fixtures
- Change prices, maintain merchandise set-up, and ensure inventory accuracy
- Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes including picking and packing orders
