Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable and prompt attendance
- Ability to climb ladders
- Capability to lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds safely
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions
- Maintain mobility for the duration of a shift
- Accurately handle cash register operations when needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate handheld scanners and other technology
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Greet guests and provide a welcoming experience
- Engage with guests to assist with their needs
- Execute daily tasks such as receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, and putting up promotional signs
- Operate power equipment if certified to move merchandise or store fixtures
- Execute pricing, merchandise set-up, maintenance, and inventory accuracy processes as directed
- Support guest services including back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes
- Maintain a culture of safety, ethical conduct, and compliance
