Job Requirements
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times
- Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- Ability to climb up and down ladders
- Ability to scan, handle, and move merchandise safely including frequently lifting up to 44 pounds without assistance
- Reliable and prompt attendance
- Capability to work in and be exposed to varying temperatures and environmental conditions
- Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift

- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members
- Ability to communicate via multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment as directed
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Ability to quickly resolve guest questions on the spot

Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete your daily tasks
- Engage with guests in a helpful manner to address their specific needs
- Thank guests and express appreciation for choosing to shop at Target
- Execute daily tasks assigned by your leader including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs
- Operate power equipment if certified to move merchandise or store fixtures
- Execute processes such as changing prices, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy under leader direction
- Support guest services including backup cashiering and digital fulfillment processes like picking, packing, and delivering pickup orders
