Job Requirements
- Ability to accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- Ability to climb up and down ladders
- Capability to scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds without assistance
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- Reliable and prompt attendance
- Ability to work in varying temperatures, humidity and other elements while performing job duties
- Capacity to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift

Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks
- Engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs
- Thank guests and let them know we’re happy they chose to shop at Target
- Execute daily tasks assigned by leader to help achieve business goals including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas
- Operate power equipment safely when certified to move merchandise or store fixtures
- Execute processes including changing prices, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed
- Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability
- Be knowledgeable about store resources, products, and services to solve guest issues and improve experience
- Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance
- Work safely at all times
- report and correct hazards
- Support guest services including back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes while maintaining compliance
- Perform all other duties based on business needs
