Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times
- physically capable of scanning, handling, and moving merchandise up to 44 pounds
- able to climb up and down ladders
- reliable and prompt attendance
- capable of working in varying temperatures and conditions including outdoor elements
- ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift
- accurately handle cash register operations when needed

Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks
- engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs
- thank guests and let them know we are happy they chose to shop at Target
- execute daily tasks assigned by your leader including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas
- operate power equipment if certified to move merchandise or store fixtures
- execute processes such as changing prices to products, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed
- learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability
- be knowledgeable about resources, products, and services available in the total store to solve guest issues and improve their experience
- demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- work safely at all times, comply with safety policies and training, report hazards and correct where possible
- support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes while maintaining compliance
- perform all other duties based on business needs
