Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to handle cash register operations accurately
- Capable of climbing ladders
- Ability to scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 44 pounds
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable and prompt attendance
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments
- Ability to remain mobile for the shift duration
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales floor operations
- Ability to operate handheld scanners and technology equipment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks
Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests
- Observe to quickly understand whether a guest needs assistance or wants to interact
- Engage with guests in a genuine way, including asking questions to better understand their specific needs
- Be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the store and specific to your area
- Thank guests genuinely and let them know you appreciate their business
- Ensure sales floor is zoned, in stock, and accurately signed and priced
- Prioritize and complete daily workload with minimal guest disruption
- Set regular and promotional signage accurately for general merchandise categories
- Execute inbound, replenishment, backroom, and signing processes
- Follow processes including pricing, presentation sets, and inventory accuracy
- Understand operational procedures like planogram ties affecting inventory and profitability
- Operate power equipment if certified
- Follow safety and compliance policies meticulously
- Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes
- Perform all other duties as assigned based on business needs
