Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- ability to perform physically demanding tasks including frequently lifting or moving up to 44 pounds
- ability to climb ladders
- flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times
- reliable and prompt attendance
- capability to work in varying temperatures and humidity levels
- ability to remain mobile for entire scheduled shifts
- legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks
- engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs
- execute daily tasks assigned by leaders including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for general merchandise areas
- operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures if certified
- execute processes including changing prices, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy for all areas
- support guest services such as backup cashier and digital fulfillment processes including picking and packing orders or delivering pickup orders to guests
- maintain a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- report hazards and work safely at all times
- assist with all other duties based on business needs
