Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to interact positively with guests and team members
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times
- Physical ability to climb ladders and lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds safely
- Ability to operate power equipment if certified
- Reliable and prompt attendance
- Ability to work in varying temperature and humidity conditions
- Capability to remain mobile for entire shifts
- Experience handling cash register operations accurately when needed

Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks
- Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs
- Thank guests and express appreciation for their choice to shop at Target
- Execute daily assigned tasks including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and setting up promotional signs in general merchandise areas
- Operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures if certified
- Perform processes such as changing prices, merchandise setup and maintenance, and ensuring inventory accuracy as directed
- Support guest services including back-up cashier duties and digital fulfillment processes such as picking and packing orders while maintaining compliance with relevant laws
- Follow all safety policies, report hazards, and work in a safe manner
- Maintain knowledge of store resources, products, and services to enhance guest experience
- Perform other duties based on business needs
