Job Requirements
- Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- Climb up and down ladders
- Ability to scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds without additional assistance
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays with reliable and prompt attendance
- Capability to work in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing job duties
- Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Ability to resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks
- Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs
- Thank guests and let them know we are happy they chose to shop at Target
- Execute daily tasks assigned by your leader including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for general merchandise areas
- Operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures when certified
- Execute processes including changing prices, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed by your leader
- Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes including picking and packing orders
- Adhere to safety policies and demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct
- Perform all other duties based on business needs
