Job Requirements

- Ability to lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds without assistance
- Ability to climb ladders
- Capability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks
- Engage with guests to solve their specific needs in a welcoming way
- Thank guests and express appreciation for shopping at Target
- Execute daily tasks assigned by leadership such as receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs
- Operate power equipment to move merchandise or fixtures if certified
- Execute processes including changing prices, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy
- Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes like picking and packing orders
- Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- Work safely at all times by adhering to safety policies, reporting hazards, and correcting unsafe conditions
- Perform all other duties based on business needs
