Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds without assistance
- ability to climb ladders
- flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- reliable and prompt attendance
- ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions
- capability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift
- accurately handle cash register operations as needed

Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks
- engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs
- thank guests and let them know we are happy they chose to shop at Target
- execute daily tasks assigned by your leader including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for general merchandise areas
- operate power equipment if certified to move merchandise or store fixtures
- execute processes such as changing prices, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy for all areas
- support guest services including back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes such as picking and packing orders
- comply with all safety policies, best practices, and training
- demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance
- perform all other duties based on business needs
