Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail experience helpful but not required
- Ability to operate power equipment if certified
- Ability to stand and remain mobile for the duration of shift
- Ability to lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds without assistance
- Willingness to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times
- Reliable and prompt attendance
- Ability to climb ladders and work in varying temperature conditions safely
- Ability to accurately handle cash register operations when needed

- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners

Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks
- Engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs
- Thank guests and let them know we're happy they chose to shop at Target
- Execute daily tasks assigned by leader including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs
- Operate power equipment if certified to move merchandise or store fixtures
- Execute processes such as changing prices, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy
- Support guest services including back-up cashier and digital fulfillment such as picking and packing orders while maintaining compliance with laws and policies
