Job Requirements
- Ability to handle cash register operations accurately as needed
- Ability to climb ladders comfortably
- Capability to scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely including lifting merchandise up to 44 pounds without assistance
- Flexible work schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable and prompt attendance
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environmental conditions
- Capability to remain mobile throughout the entire shift
- Legal work authorization in the country of employment
- Minimum age requirement according to local labor laws
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in retail or customer service highly valued
- Ability to operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment
- Strong communication skills across multiple devices
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team
- Attentiveness to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- Ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks
- Engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs
- Thank guests and let them know we are happy they chose to shop at Target
- Execute daily tasks assigned by your leader including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas
- Operate power equipment if certified to move merchandise or store fixtures
- Execute processes including changing prices to products, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy for all areas
- Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes including picking, packing, or delivering pickup orders
- Work safely at all times in compliance with safety policies and training
- Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- Execute all other duties based on business needs
