Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to handle cash register operations accurately
- Capability to climb up and down ladders
- Ability to scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including lifting or moving up to 44 pounds without assistance
- Flexible work schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable and prompt attendance
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments including Drive-Up and carryout areas
- Ability to remain mobile for the duration of scheduled shifts

- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and technology equipment
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
- Ability to resolve guest questions quickly on the spot

Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks
- Engage with guests in a welcoming way when assistance is needed to solve their specific needs
- Thank guests and let them know we are happy they chose to shop at Target
- Execute daily tasks assigned by the leader including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs
- Operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures if certified
- Execute processes including changing prices to products, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy
- Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes like picking, packing, and delivering pickup orders
- Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- Work in a safe manner at all times and report hazards
- All other duties based on business needs
