Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and/or Spanish
- Ability to operate handheld scanning and communication devices
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical capability to lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders safely
- Reliable and prompt attendance
- Ability to work in varying environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity
- Ability to remain mobile throughout the duration of a scheduled shift

- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and technology equipment

Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks
- Engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs
- Thank guests and express appreciation for choosing Target
- Execute daily tasks assigned by the leader including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs
- Operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures if certified
- Execute processes including changing prices, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy
- Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes including picking, packing, and delivering orders
- Maintain compliance culture and safety standards
- Perform all other duties based on business needs
