Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable and prompt attendance
- Capable of lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds safely
- Ability to climb ladders
- Comfortable working in varying temperature and humidity conditions
- Ability to operate power equipment when certified
- Must handle cash register operations accurately
- Must be able to remain mobile for the duration of the shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Skilled in using technology such as handheld scanners and communication devices
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow multi-step processes
- Capable of remaining composed and focused in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks
- Engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs
- Thank guests and let them know we appreciate their business
- Execute daily tasks assigned to achieve business goals including receiving products, restocking shelves, and arranging merchandise
- Operate power equipment safely when certified
- Perform pricing changes, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy tasks
- Support guest services such as backup cashier and digital fulfillment processes
- Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- Report hazards and maintain a safe work environment
- Complete all duties as assigned based on business needs
