Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks

- execute daily tasks assigned by your leader to support business goals, including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas
- operate power equipment if certified to move merchandise or store fixtures
- execute processes including changing prices, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy
- learn operational procedures affecting inventory management, store profitability, and product availability
- be knowledgeable about store resources, products, and services to solve guest issues
- demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- work in a safe manner complying with safety policies, best practices, and training
- support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes while maintaining compliance
- perform other duties based on business needs
