Job Requirements
- Must be able to accurately handle cash register operations
- ability to climb up and down ladders
- capability to scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely including lifting up to 44 pounds
- flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- reliable and punctual attendance
- ability to work in varying environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity

- willingness to learn and adapt to store operational processes
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in retail or customer service roles beneficial
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- proficiency in using handheld scanners and other technology devices

- ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks
- engage with guests to solve their specific needs
- thank guests and express appreciation for shopping at Target
- execute daily tasks including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs
- operate power equipment if certified
- execute processes such as changing prices, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy
- support guest services including back-up cashier and digital fulfillment duties
- maintain compliance with safety policies and legal regulations
- perform other duties as required by business needs
