Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in retail or customer service preferred
- ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to lift merchandise up to 44 pounds
- ability to climb ladders
- reliable and prompt attendance
- capability of working in varying temperatures and environmental conditions
- ability to operate power equipment if certified

Job Duties
- create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks
- engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs
- thank guests and let them know we are happy they chose to shop at Target
- execute daily tasks assigned to you by your leader to help achieve goals that align with business priorities including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas
- if certified operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures
- execute processes including changing prices to products, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed by your leader for all areas
- support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes and maintain compliance culture while executing those duties
