Job Requirements
- Ability to accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- ability to climb up and down ladders
- ability to scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely including lifting up to 44 pounds without assistance
- flexible work schedule with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
- capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures and elements

Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks
- engage with guests in a helpful way to solve their specific needs
- thank guests and show appreciation for their choice to shop at Target
- execute daily tasks including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs
- operate power equipment if certified to move merchandise or store fixtures
- perform processes such as changing prices, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy
- support guest services like back-up cashier and digital fulfillment including picking, packing, and delivering pickup orders
- demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance while performing duties
