Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks
- engage with guests to help solve their specific needs
- thank guests for choosing to shop at Target
- execute daily tasks assigned by leader including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs
- operate power equipment if certified to move merchandise or store fixtures
- execute processes including price changes, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy
- support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment including picking, packing, and delivering orders
- demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- work safely and report hazards
- perform all other duties based on business needs
