Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior retail or customer service experience a plus
- ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to climb ladders and lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds safely
- reliable and prompt attendance
- capability to work in varying temperature and humidity conditions
- ability to remain mobile during scheduled shifts
- accurate cash handling skills as needed

Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks
- engage with guests to help solve their specific needs
- thank guests and express appreciation for shopping at Target
- execute daily tasks such as receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs
- operate power equipment if certified
- execute processes including price changes, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy
- support guest services like backup cashier and digital fulfillment including picking and packing orders
- maintain safety standards and compliance
- perform other duties based on business needs
