Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- ability to handle cash register operations accurately
- ability to climb ladders
- ability to safely lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds without assistance
- flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- reliable and prompt attendance
- ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions
- capability to remain mobile for the duration of scheduled shifts

- ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology
- ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks
- engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs
- thank guests and show appreciation for choosing Target
- execute daily tasks assigned by leaders including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs
- operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures if certified
- execute processes such as changing prices, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy
- support guest services including back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes
- demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance at all times
