Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks
- Engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs
- Execute daily tasks assigned by the leader including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for general merchandise areas
- Operate power equipment if certified to move merchandise or store fixtures
- Execute processes including changing prices, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed by the leader
- Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes including picking, packing, and delivering pickup orders
