Job Requirements

- prior retail experience preferred but not required
- effective communication skills
- basic computer and technology proficiency
- physical ability to perform tasks including lifting up to 44 pounds and climbing ladders
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- commitment to safety and ethical conduct
- ability to operate power equipment if certified

Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks
- engage with guests in a helpful manner to address their specific needs
- thank guests and express appreciation for shopping at Target
- execute daily tasks assigned by leaders including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs
- operate power equipment for moving merchandise or store fixtures if certified
- perform pricing changes, merchandise set-up, maintenance, and inventory accuracy for all store areas
- learn and apply operational procedures affecting inventory management, store profitability, and product availability
- be knowledgeable about store resources, products, and services to solve guest issues
- demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- work safely by following safety policies and reporting hazards
- support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes
- perform other duties as needed based on business requirements
