Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in retail or customer service preferred but not required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak shopping times
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds safely without assistance
- Reliable and prompt attendance
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
- Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift
- Ability to accurately handle cash register operations as needed

- Ability to communicate using multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology

Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks
- Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs
- Thank guests and let them know we are happy they chose to shop at Target
- Execute daily tasks assigned by the leader including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs
- Operate power equipment if certified to move merchandise or fixtures
- Execute processes such as changing prices, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy
- Support guest services including back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes
- Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance
- Maintain safe work practices and report hazards
- Perform all other duties based on business needs
