Job Requirements
- Able to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times
- capable of frequent lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds unassisted
- able to climb ladders
- reliable and punctual attendance
- ability to remain mobile for the duration of scheduled shifts
- able to work in varying temperatures and environmental conditions
- basic math and cash handling skills
- safety conscious and able to comply with all safety policies and training
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior retail experience is beneficial but not required
- able to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- ability to operate handheld scanners and other store technology
- strong attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
- ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- capable of resolving guest questions quickly on the spot
- able to maintain focus and composure in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks
- engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs
- thank guests and let them know we appreciate their business
- execute daily tasks assigned by leaders including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing backrooms, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs
- operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures if certified
- execute processes such as price changes, merchandise setup and maintenance, and inventory accuracy
- support guest services including backup cashier and digital fulfillment processes such as picking and packing orders
- demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- work safely at all times, complying with policies and reporting hazards
- perform other duties based on business needs
