Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests
- observe to quickly understand whether a guest needs assistance or wants to interact
- engage with guests in a genuine way including asking questions to understand their needs
- be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the store
- thank the guest and express appreciation for shopping at Target
- ensure sales floor is zoned, stocked, and accurately signed and priced
- acknowledge guests while completing workload with minimal disruption
- ensure regular and promotional signage is accurate
- execute inbound, replenishment, backroom, and signing processes for GM areas
- execute pricing, presentation sets, and inventory accuracy as directed
- understand how operational procedures impact shortage and profitability
- operate power equipment if certified
- follow processes with attention to detail
- demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance culture
- work safely and identify and correct hazards
- support guest services including back-up cashier and digital fulfillment while maintaining compliance
- perform other duties as assigned based on business needs
