Job Requirements

  • Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
  • Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification
  • Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
  • Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
  • Ability to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching
  • Must comply with all company and government employment and safety policies

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous restaurant management experience preferred
  • ServSafe certification or ability to obtain
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience with profit and loss management
  • Ability to coach and develop staff
  • Knowledge of food safety and employment regulations

Job Duties

  • Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests
  • Hire, train & coach the team
  • Utilize AES systems to run a great restaurant, especially accurate projections and great schedules
  • Implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory
  • Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results
  • Manage profit and loss, food cost and labor cost
  • Maintain workplace safety and ensure compliance with food safety and operational policies
