Job Requirements
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification
- Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
- Ability to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching
- Must comply with all company and government employment and safety policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous restaurant management experience preferred
- ServSafe certification or ability to obtain
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with profit and loss management
- Ability to coach and develop staff
- Knowledge of food safety and employment regulations
Job Duties
- Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests
- Hire, train & coach the team
- Utilize AES systems to run a great restaurant, especially accurate projections and great schedules
- Implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory
- Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results
- Manage profit and loss, food cost and labor cost
- Maintain workplace safety and ensure compliance with food safety and operational policies
