Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- lift and or move 60 pounds and more
- regular attendance is required
- ability to work with various chemicals
- ability to accurately follow a formula for mixing
- flexibility with schedule is required
- weekend availability is required
- must adhere to safety protocols
- willingness to work in a dusty and hot environment
Job Qualifications

- ability to accurately follow a formula for mixing
- ability to work with various chemicals
- experience with operating mixing machinery or similar production equipment preferred
- strong attention to detail
- good physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy materials
- ability to operate a forklift or willingness to obtain forklift certification
- basic record-keeping skills
- effective communication skills
Job Duties
- Manufactures batches of glue and glue products
- utilizes different raw materials to make the product lines
- operates different types of mixing machinery
- measures and weighs different raw materials to make the finished product
- accurately follows the set formulas and records material usage
- operates a forklift
- performs the daily forklift inspection checklist
- abides by all safety rules set forth by company and government regulatory agencies and ensure that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected
- all other tasks and or responsibilities as assigned
