Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures, and standards
- Meet and greet customers as they arrive, supplying information as needed
- Perform tasks at the Box Office pre-show including setting up stanchions, directing customers to the cashier or ticket-issuing reservations, queuing customers in the lobby
- Assist customers needing special attention such as elderly, small children, or wheelchair users
- Work in the Showroom pre-show by keeping in radio contact with the Box Office, seating guests in Deluxe and Standard sections as directed, assisting customers with special needs
- Perform Box Office post-show duties including taking down stanchions, assisting other departments with closing operations, and attending all staff meetings for operational purposes and training
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Luau Manager on duty
