Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle payments and ticket management
Capability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 pounds
Adaptability to various weather conditions during outdoor events

Job Qualifications

Ability to communicate clearly with guests and handle inquiries
Positive attitude and strong initiative with a desire to learn
Ability to manage guest issues including payments and ticketing
Experience collaborating effectively with team members
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and be on call 24/7
Ability to provide welcoming and friendly guest experiences
Knowledge of hospitality or customer service is a plus

Job Duties

Coordinate with driver to assess passenger behavior and resolve issues
Greet and assist guests boarding and exiting the bus
Manage guest needs during transportation including bathroom stops and ticket upgrades
Organize and distribute guest tickets, wristbands, and photo cards
Manage ticket manifest and validate vouchers
Upsell package upgrades and process payments on the bus
Provide engaging commentary and information about the luau experience
Assist with guest disembarkation and photo line management at the luau site
Escort guests to various luau areas and aid in seating arrangements
Collect and process payments, verify vouchers
Assist with passenger disembarkation post-event and ensure bus cleanliness
Submit all required paperwork including manifests and payments
