Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in global or corporate travel management
- 5+ years in a leadership capacity
- proven success managing global travel programs and policy governance in matrixed organizations
- experience in vendor negotiation, contract management, and oversight of travel platforms
- knowledge of corporate travel tools such as Concur, SAP, Egencia, Navan
- exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- bachelor’s degree required
- travel management certifications strongly preferred
- ability to work onsite Monday through Thursday in Los Angeles and remotely on Fridays

- demonstrated expertise in vendor negotiation and contract management
- deep knowledge of corporate travel tools and systems including Concur, SAP, Egencia, Navan
- exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- industry experience in entertainment, media, or professional services is a plus
Job Duties
- Own and evolve the global travel program encompassing air, hotel, ground transportation, travel safety/security, and associated technologies
- develop travel strategies reflecting business priorities, traveler experience, and operational realities
- maintain and govern the global travel policy in collaboration with Finance, HR, and Legal/Risk departments
- serve as the central point of coordination for policy development, updates, and communication
- lead a cross-functional travel team supporting global business
- act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders including senior executives and department leads
- represent the travel function on steering committees, cross-functional workstreams, and strategic initiatives
- manage relationships with travel management companies, airlines, hotel providers, ground transportation services, and travel technology platforms
- negotiate contracts and preferred rates ensuring vendor compliance with service level agreements and safety/security expectations
- conduct regular vendor performance reviews and drive continuous service improvements
- oversee implementation and usage of global travel booking and expense platforms
- identify and execute cost-savings opportunities through vendor consolidation, travel pattern analysis, and policy adherence
- monitor global travel trends, technology advancements, and traveler satisfaction data
- partner with Legal and Risk to embed duty of care, insurance, and emergency protocols in travel practices
- provide regular reporting on travel spend, vendor utilization, and policy compliance
- implement traveler communication and education campaigns in partnership with HR and Internal Communications
