Job Requirements
- Must have 5 or more years of experience in supply or inventory management or a related field
- Background in global logistics, trade compliance, import-export regulation, ECCN export control, import drawback, FTA, FTZ program management, and government agencies regulatory compliance
- Strong TechOps knowledge of SAP WM and EWM required
- Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- Requires knowledge of Delta Technical Operations structure and overall warehouse and logistics processes including procurement, receiving, inspection, storage, protection, packaging, issuing, shipping, and accounting practices
- Previous management experience with supervision of direct reports
- Effective multitasking and team motivation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Commitment to data privacy
- Proficiency in analyzing and understanding technical manuals and documents
- Monitoring team reliability, accountability, and welfare

Job Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of global logistics, trade compliance, import-export regulations, and government regulatory compliance
- Proficient with TechOps SAP systems including WM and EWM
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Considerable knowledge of Delta Technical Operations structure and warehouse logistics processes
- Experience managing teams with direct reports
- Ability to motivate and lead teams under pressure
- Proficient in analyzing technical manuals and documents

Job Duties
- Manage the activity of a 24/7 Tier 1 logistics operation in Atlanta
- Supervise, direct, train, and develop shift managers, frontline leaders, and entry-level employees
- Participate in hiring programs, manpower scheduling, and administrative duties for frontline employees
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate transportation and compliance requirements
- Evaluate leadership and frontline teams, provide feedback and coaching
- Maintain compliance with FAA, EPA, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements
- Support development and management of global trade compliance programs, policies and procedures
- Implement and optimize transportation management and trade compliance tools like SAP, TMS, and GTS
- Create and manage continuous improvement initiatives related to transportation performance
- Monitor changes in trade regulations and update policies and training materials accordingly
- Conduct transportation and trade compliance risk assessments and implement corrective actions
- Oversee export/import documentation, classification of goods, and maintenance of transportation records
- Design and manage duty drawback program ensuring compliance and financial recovery
- Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and government agencies for compliance
