Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in international trade, business administration, supply chain management, finance or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of trade compliance experience or relevant field preferred
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Initiative to drive business improvements
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of trade compliance experience or relevant field preferred

  • Great teammate with demonstrated ability to work effectively with multiple cross-functional groups

Job Duties

  • Manage and track Trade Compliance projects related to valuation, classification, free trade agreements, country of origin and third party risk management
  • Identify opportunities for continuous process improvements and implement solutions
  • Support classification, valuation, country of origin import claims to US Customs if needed
  • Innovate and update Global Trade Compliance standard operating procedures
  • Collaborate effectively with product design/development, sourcing, logistics, and legal teams to ensure alignment on trade compliance initiatives
  • Serve as a liaison with customs brokers, trade consultants, and external partners to optimize compliance processes and resolve issues
  • Uphold best practices to ensure Crocs and HEYDUDE are in full compliance across all jurisdictions in the Americas
