Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in international trade, business administration, supply chain management, finance or related field preferred
- 5+ years of trade compliance experience or relevant field preferred
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Initiative to drive business improvements
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage and track Trade Compliance projects related to valuation, classification, free trade agreements, country of origin and third party risk management
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvements and implement solutions
- Support classification, valuation, country of origin import claims to US Customs if needed
- Innovate and update Global Trade Compliance standard operating procedures
- Collaborate effectively with product design/development, sourcing, logistics, and legal teams to ensure alignment on trade compliance initiatives
- Serve as a liaison with customs brokers, trade consultants, and external partners to optimize compliance processes and resolve issues
- Uphold best practices to ensure Crocs and HEYDUDE are in full compliance across all jurisdictions in the Americas
