Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics
- Experience collaborating cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Proven ability to manage budgets effectively
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to travel throughout North America
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple events
- Proficiency in event project management and marketing tools
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- 5+ years of process improvement initiatives experience
- Experience working cross functionally with technical and non-technical teams
- Experience staying on budget
- Experience using customer research, data, and metrics to forecast and assess marketing programs
- Experience with email, web, analytics, and CRM tools like Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce
- 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
- 3+ years of driving process improvements
- Experience in stakeholder management across multiple organizational levels
- Experience building processes, project management, and scheduling
Job Duties
- Develop hospitality opportunities and experiences as part of partnership programs
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners, vendors, and agencies
- Collaborate with business units, field marketing, and sales leadership to align with goals
- Design customer hospitality experiences including communications, logistics, catering, A/V, transportation, staffing, and merchandise
- Develop KPIs to assess program success and drive continuous improvement
- Manage event budgets, operations, regulatory compliance, customer registration, and ticketing
- Travel to and attend events, working independently
