Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles preferred
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds occasionally over 50 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and teamwork mindset

Job Duties
- Greet every customer with eye contact and smile in your authentic way
- Acknowledge every waiting customer as soon as they arrive to the register to let them know you'll be right with them
- Listen to customer needs and ask appropriate follow-up questions to offer suitable products
- Ensure customers have an extraordinary experience while shopping
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers in appropriate conversation
