Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing
  • Five plus years of experience in B2B tech marketing with a focus on programs, events, or integrated campaigns preferably at an enterprise-level company
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple large projects simultaneously delivering on time and on budget
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce and Marketo
  • Proficiency with event management software like Cvent and Splash
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana
  • Knowledge of data management and analytics tools like Tableau, 6sense, or Excel

Job Qualifications

  • Five plus years of experience in B2B tech marketing with a focus on programs, events, or integrated campaigns preferably at an enterprise-level company
  • Proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategy for large-scale global programs
  • Experience with innovation and AI or automation-first solutions
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • History of successful collaboration with cross-functional and regional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple large projects simultaneously delivering on time and on budget
  • Agile, adaptable, and comfortable managing change in ambiguous situations
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Job Duties

  • Own the end-to-end strategy for global roadshow events including Oktane on the Road, Identity Summits, and hands-on labs
  • Drive the strategy and long-term vision of the Events in a Box (EIAB) program focusing on AI and automation-driven innovation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with global campaigns, field marketing, digital, product marketing, and sales teams to align program goals and execution
  • Lead integrated marketing efforts by incorporating global campaigns into premier Tier 1 events such as Gartner Symposium, AWS Re:Invent, and Oktane
  • Manage internal communication to ensure consistent global campaign messaging and event integration across marketing functions
  • Utilize data-driven analysis to measure program performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Partner closely with regional marketing managers to execute and innovate the global roadshow portfolio
