- basic knowledge of pilot plant operations and laboratory equipment

- familiarity with product development processes is a plus
Job Duties
- gain hands-on experience in a pilot plant using mixers to conduct experiments, processing trials for new and existing Henkel products
- work closely with pilot plant staff in coordinating with product development and manufacturing sites in scaling new products
- conducting experiments, processing trials, and performing a variety of technical procedures in the development of new and existing products
- planning and executing tests of new formulations to ensure products can be manufactured at-scale
- gathering, analyzing, and evaluating ideas from manufacturing to improve or develop new functionality within materials management or production planning
