Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- EMS dispatch or customer service call center experience preferred
- strong customer service experience
- sales emphasis preferred
- effective verbal and written communication skills
- professional phone manner
- ability to adapt to work demands
- knowledge of standard office equipment
- basic computer skills
- typing speed of 25 to 40 wpm
- successful completion of orientation program
- membership in IAMTCS
- certification as Certified Flight Communicator within two years

- current membership in IAMTCS
- certification as Certified Flight Communicator within two years of hire
Job Duties
- Answer and respond to customer queries and requests
- communicate pertinent information to internal departments
- maintain up-to-date knowledge through initial and ongoing training
- utilize customer service skills effectively
- promote and sell AirMed membership program
- conduct and document outbound membership and renewal calls
- follow company policies, procedures, and Medical Operations Department guidelines
