Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • EMS dispatch or customer service call center experience preferred
  • strong customer service experience
  • sales emphasis preferred
  • effective verbal and written communication skills
  • professional phone manner
  • ability to adapt to work demands
  • knowledge of standard office equipment
  • basic computer skills
  • typing speed of 25 to 40 wpm
  • successful completion of orientation program
  • membership in IAMTCS
  • certification as Certified Flight Communicator within two years

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in EMS dispatch or customer service call center preferred
  • strong customer service skills
  • emphasis on sales preferred
  • effective verbal and written communication
  • professional phone manner and appearance
  • ability to adapt to evolving work demands
  • knowledge of standard office equipment and basic computer skills
  • typing proficiency of 25 to 40 wpm
  • successful completion of Global Operations Center General Orientation Program
  • current membership in IAMTCS
  • certification as Certified Flight Communicator within two years of hire

Job Duties

  • Answer and respond to customer queries and requests
  • communicate pertinent information to internal departments
  • maintain up-to-date knowledge through initial and ongoing training
  • utilize customer service skills effectively
  • promote and sell AirMed membership program
  • conduct and document outbound membership and renewal calls
  • follow company policies, procedures, and Medical Operations Department guidelines
