Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- EMS dispatch or customer service call center experience preferred
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Professional phone manner and appearance
- Ability to adapt and respond appropriately to changing work demands
- Basic computer skills including typing 25-40 words per minute
- Successful completion of Global Operations Center General Orientation Program
- Maintain current IAMTCS membership and continuing education
- Obtain Certified Flight Communicator certification within two years of hire
- Ability to promote and sell membership programs
Job Qualifications
- EMS dispatch or customer service call center experience preferred
- Strong customer service experience
- Emphasis on sales preferred
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Professional phone manner and appearance
- Ability to adapt to evolving work demands
- Knowledge of standard office equipment and basic computer skills
- Ability to type 25-40 words per minute

- Current membership in IAMTCS with required continuing education

Job Duties
- Answer and respond to customers' queries and requests
- Communicate pertinent information to internal departments as needed
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge and access to current information
- Participate in ongoing education and training activities
- Utilize customer service skills effectively during customer interactions
- Promote and sell the AirMed membership program
- Conduct and document outbound membership and renewal calls
- Follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned
