Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • EMS dispatch or customer service call center experience preferred
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Professional phone manner and appearance
  • Ability to adapt and respond appropriately to changing work demands
  • Basic computer skills including typing 25-40 words per minute
  • Successful completion of Global Operations Center General Orientation Program
  • Maintain current IAMTCS membership and continuing education
  • Obtain Certified Flight Communicator certification within two years of hire
  • Ability to promote and sell membership programs

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Answer and respond to customers' queries and requests
  • Communicate pertinent information to internal departments as needed
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge and access to current information
  • Participate in ongoing education and training activities
  • Utilize customer service skills effectively during customer interactions
  • Promote and sell the AirMed membership program
  • Conduct and document outbound membership and renewal calls
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
  • Perform other duties as assigned
