Job Requirements
- EMS dispatch or customer service call center experience preferred
- Strong customer service experience
- Emphasis on sales preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Professional phone manner and appearance
- Ability to adapt and respond appropriately to evolving work demands
- Knowledge of standard office equipment and basic computer skills
- Ability to type 25-40 wpm
- Successful completion of Global Operations Center General Orientation Program
- Current membership in IAMTCS supported by AirMed
- Successful completion and currency of Certified Flight Communicator within two years of hire

Job Duties
- Answering and responding to customer queries and requests
- Communicating pertinent information to internal departments
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge or accessing current information
- Participating in initial and ongoing education and training
- Utilizing customer service skills effectively when interacting with customers
- Promoting the AirMed membership program and selling memberships
- Conducting and documenting outbound membership and renewal calls to existing and past members
- Following company and Medical Operations Department policies, procedures and guidelines
- Participating in continuous quality improvement programs
- Performing other duties as assigned
- Communicating accurate and current responses tailored to caller needs
- Representing AirMed professionally to all contacts
- Acquiring and maintaining necessary job knowledge and skills
