Job Requirements

  • EMS dispatch or customer service call center experience preferred
  • strong customer service experience
  • ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • professional phone manner and appearance
  • ability to adapt and respond to evolving work demands
  • knowledge of standard office equipment and basic computer skills
  • ability to type 25-40 wpm
  • successful completion of Global Operations Center General Orientation Program
  • current membership in IAMTCS supported by AMI
  • certification as Certified Flight Communicator within two years of hire

  • ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

  • successful completion of Global Operations Center General Orientation Program
  • current membership in IAMTCS including continuing education
  • Certification as Certified Flight Communicator within two years of hire

Job Duties

  • Answering and responding to customer queries or requests
  • communicating pertinent information to internal departments
  • maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company policies and services
  • participating in initial and ongoing education and training
  • utilizing customer service skills in interactions
  • promoting and selling AirMed membership program
  • conducting and documenting outbound membership and renewal calls
  • following company policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • participating in continuous quality improvement programs
  • performing other duties as assigned
